This legal notice governs access to and use of the website rupgo.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), owned by Rubén Benarroch Esayag, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Access to and use of the Site grants the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions of this Legal Notice, as well as the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with any of the clauses, they must refrain from using the Site.

The User agrees to use the Site and the services offered therein in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, public morals and public order. Use of the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes is prohibited, as well as any conduct that may damage the image, interests or rights of the owner or third parties, or that may render the Site unusable or overload it or prevent its normal use.

The User undertakes not to gain unauthorized access to restricted parts of the Site, not to introduce content that infringes intellectual property rights, and not to use false identities or impersonate third parties.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by Rubén Benarroch Esayag or by third parties, and access to the Site shall not be deemed to grant any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Stripe, Google, Vercel, among others). The owner assumes no responsibility for the contents, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites linked from the Site. The inclusion of these links does not imply recommendation, association or endorsement of them.

The owner does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted continuity of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of the Site, nor from errors in accessing the various web pages or those from which services are, where applicable, provided.

The owner will do everything possible to keep information up to date, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or permanent validity of the contents published, especially when it comes to information about third-party products, prices or technical specifications.

The owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications deemed appropriate to the Site, being able to change, remove or add the contents and services provided through it as well as the way in which these appear presented or located. The date shown as “Last updated” at the beginning of this document identifies the current version.

This Legal Notice is governed entirely by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), unless applicable law provides otherwise, especially when dealing with consumers or users with rights protected in another jurisdiction.
