This is what I bring, what I expect from you and the rules of the game. If it works for you, the form is right below: two steps and about three minutes.
What I bring
The software wing.
- All things digitalWeb or mobile app, infrastructure, domain, payments, whatever it takes. I build it.
- Ready in 1 or 2 weeksThe first version live in production at most two weeks after we start.
- 3 months of improvementsThen we iterate together for up to three months to check the business really works.
- My company umbrellaWe launch under my companies and everything I already have set up. No waiting on paperwork to launch.
What you bring
The business wing.
- Going out to sellMarketing, business, customers, ideas. You are welcome to code with me, but what matters is selling.
- One video a dayFor the three months we tell the story in public: how the idea was born, how we got here, what happens each day. That audience is our future customers. I do it too.
- The company costsIf it works after three months, we create the new company. The business side covers its incorporation and costs.
- One or two peopleYou can come alone or with a partner. The business team is two people at most.
The rules, no fine print
- Money
- For the first three months I do not put in a single euro. You do not have to invest in development either: I contribute it with my work.
- Split
- If there are two of us, 50 / 50. If there are three, 33 / 33 / 33. I never dilute below that.
- After 3 months
- If it does not work, we drop it with no drama. If it works, we decide whether to raise money or stay self-sufficient.
- How one is chosen
- Ideas are voted on until November 30. On December 1 I pick one of the top three: the one I like most for its team and idea.
